COMMISSION INFORMATION & AGREEMENT
Overview
If you’re here, you’re probably ready to bring a character to life — and that’s my favorite kind of project. When you commission me, you’re stepping into my creative world: markers, color explosions, dynamic poses, and the kind of energy that makes a character feel like they could jump off the canvas.
I take commissions when the timing, subject, and inspiration line up. Some ideas click instantly; others don’t fit my current flow. I reserve the right to decline any commission based on subject matter, schedule, or complexity.
Commission Types Offered
• Character illustrations
• Anime‑inspired portraits

• Original character designs

Commission Request Requirements
To capture your character the way you imagine them, I need a clear starting point. Please include:
• Reference images
• Pose or expression ideas
• Optional color palette
• Background preference (simple, none, or stylized)
• Canvas size or format
• Any important details (tattoos, accessories, personality notes)
Missing details can slow the process — the more clarity you give, the better the final piece will be.
Commission Pricing Structure
Every character has their own vibe, and every canvas has its own workload. Pricing depends on:
• Canvas size
• Character complexity
• Number of characters
• Background detail
• Special effects or heavy rendering
• Rush deadlines
You’ll receive a formal quote before any payment is made.
Payment Terms
• A 50% non‑refundable deposit locks in your commission and lets me begin the artwork • The remaining balance is due before final delivery
• Payments must be made through approved methods listed on the website
• Work begins only after the deposit is received
Timeline & Turnaround
Most commissions take 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity and my current schedule.
Rush options may be available for an additional fee.
During convention season or busy periods, timelines may shift. I’ll always keep you updated if anything changes.
Revisions Policy
• One minor revision is included — small tweaks to pose, expression, or details
• Major changes (new pose, outfit redesign, full redraw) require additional fees due to the extra work involved
• Once you approve the final piece, the artwork is complete and no further revisions can be made

Refund Policy for Commissions
• Deposits are non‑refundable
• No refunds are available once the final artwork is delivered
• Partial refunds may be considered only if I’m unable to complete the commission
Non‑Payment After Completion
When the artwork is complete, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the final piece is released. If the customer refuses or fails to pay the remaining balance, the commission is immediately classified as abandoned due to non‑payment.
Abandoned commissions are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. The deposit compensates the time, labor, materials, and creative work already invested.
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, the artist may take any of the following actions at their discretion:
- Archive the artwork permanently
- Repurpose the artwork (portfolio, prints, merchandise, or future projects)
- Offer the commission slot to another client
-
Block the customer from future commission opportunities
Non‑payment after completion is considered a breach of the commission agreement. The artist is not obligated to hold, store, or reserve the finished artwork once the commission is abandoned.
Refund Attempts After Final Delivery
Once the final artwork is delivered, the commission is officially complete. Because each piece is custom‑made, approved at multiple stages, and created specifically for the customer’s request, refunds are not available after final delivery — regardless of dissatisfaction, preference changes, or personal circumstances.
Any attempt to demand a refund or initiate a chargeback after delivery will be treated as a fraudulent claim. The artist will dispute the chargeback using all available documentation, including:
- Progress images
- Approval messages
- Timestamped communication
- Delivery confirmation
-

Customers who attempt post‑delivery refunds or chargebacks may be permanently banned from future commissions and reported to the payment platform for misuse.
