SECTION 1 — STUDIO FAQ
Canvas panels and canvas‑panel prints are created, packaged, and shipped directly from Keith Wahl Art. Apparel, accessories, and other non‑canvas merchandise are printed on demand through our production partner.
Fulfillment times:
• Merchandise: 2–7 business days
• Canvas panels: 3–5 business days
Tracking is emailed once shipped.
Address changes may be possible before production begins.
Lost packages: Email thehbic@keithwahlart.com for carrier claim assistance.
Damaged items: Email photos of the item, packaging, and label.
Returns and exchanges: See Sections 4 and 6.

SECTION 2 — BRAND STORY
Keith Wahl is a Las Vegas‑based illustrator inspired by anime, manga, and comic art. His work blends bold marker strokes, expressive characters, and dynamic color palettes.
Canvas panels are hand‑painted, sealed, and packaged with care. Prints are produced using high‑quality materials.
Merchandise is printed on demand to reduce waste and maintain quality.
Keith participates in conventions, pop‑ups, and art events across Las Vegas and beyond.

Return Policy:
30‑day returns; EU withdrawal rights may apply.
Refund Policy:
Refunds issued after inspection.

SECTION 4 — RETURN POLICY
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Non‑returnable items include original artwork, custom commissions, personalized items, digital downloads, opened hygiene items, and Final Sale items.

Return shipping may be customer‑paid unless defective or incorrect.
SECTION 5 — REFUND POLICY
Refunds issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the issue was our error.

Exchanges available for size issues, defects, or incorrect items.
Customer may pay return shipping for size‑related exchanges. Defective/incorrect items may receive prepaid labels.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues or high volume.

All merchandise and prints guaranteed free of manufacturing defects.
Canvas panels guaranteed to arrive undamaged and as described.
Does not cover improper care, normal wear, color differences, or hand‑made variations.
SECTION 9 — ARTIST‑SPECIFIC DISCLAIMERS
Canvas panels are hand‑painted and may include natural variations.
Colors may differ slightly due to screen differences.
Original artwork is Final Sale unless damaged during shipping.
