Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Keith Wahl Art ships original artwork and art prints from the studio, as well as print-on-demand merchandise fulfilled through Printful. Merchandise is produced and fulfilled through Printful and may ship separately from studio artwork or other items in the same order.
Fulfillment Times
• Merchandise (print-on-demand): 2–7 business days before shipment. • Ready-made canvas panels (studio-made): 3–5 business days before shipment. These are estimated processing or production times, not delivery times; shipping transit time is additional. Commission completion timelines are agreed separately and are not covered by the ready-made canvas-panel estimate. Commissions are prepared for shipment after final approval and payment of the remaining balance and applicable shipping charges.
These fulfillment times apply to domestic orders only. International fulfillment times may vary.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships, where tracking is available.
Domestic Shipping Charges
Domestic original artwork and art prints shipped from the studio are sent by Priority shipping. Shipping is $18 USD for orders below $100 USD, with free Priority domestic shipping on eligible studio-shipped original artwork and art prints for orders totaling $100 USD or more. Commissions and print-on-demand merchandise are excluded. Print-on-demand merchandise has separate shipping charges displayed at checkout, including when ordered together with eligible artwork. Applicable paid shipping options are also displayed at checkout. Commission shipping is not included in the commission price and does not qualify for free shipping; it is calculated separately based on the finished artwork’s size, weight, and destination and charged before shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for certain products and destinations. Available options and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless these are expressly included or collected at checkout. Customs processing may add to delivery time.
Delays
Shipping or production delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or carrier issues. Significant delays will be communicated when possible. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Issues
Contact theartist@keithwahlart.com promptly about delivery issues. For Printful packages lost in transit, notify us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and submit any eligible supplier claim within Printful’s 30-day deadline. For damaged, defective, or incorrect prints and merchandise, notify us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and relevant photographs. For damaged originals, contact us promptly with photographs of the artwork and packaging. These reporting windows do not limit statutory rights. Please refer to our Return and refund policy for applicable remedies.
